To Begin Self Love
1. Review all of your accomplishments and Smile at each one.
2. Pick a body part you recently injured- talk to your (knee, elbow, etc.) and tell him/her how you will take care of him/her. This may sound weird – but it is a powerful exercise.
3. If you were married to you or dating you – what would you want you to do for you today? Buy you flowers? Make you a great meal? Pick one thing and do it!
